What methods of payment are accepted?

32Dentalab accepts payments via PayPal, and also Visa, Mastercard & American Express. All credit card payments conducted on the website utilize SSL encryption technology to secure transactions.

How do I create my personal 32Dentalab account?

Click on the sign up icon at the top right corner.

Creating your new 32Dentalab account will enable you to record previous purchases, receive updates on shipment status and make your shopping experience much easier. 

Can I change my registered 32Dentalab email address?

Please reach out to make a request for updating your registered email address, via any one of our listed contact methods - our customer support team will be happy to assist you in this process.

Orders

Your package is delayed?

In some cases, minor delays in shipping might occur, especially on holidays or weekends when postal and delivery services may have limited operations.

Customs clearance procedures could also impact the delivery timeframe.

If you notice a significant delay or encounter challenges tracking your order, please don't hesitate to contact us for support.

Want to cancel your order?

We prioritize quick processing and shipping of your order, aiming to prevent any delays. It's crucial to handle cancellations promptly. When canceling full-priced items within 60 minutes of order placement, no questions will be asked. Feel free to reach out with a detailed cancellation request if needed.
If you would like to request a cancellation after the 60 minute timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel your order prior to dispatch.

Recieved the wrong product?

If you've received an item that's faulty, not the right size, or not what you ordered, there's no need to worry—our policy has you covered! You have a 60-day window from when you receive your product to get in touch with us for a resolution. Should the error be on our part, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. It's important that any item being returned is not damaged, and is returned with all original accessories and packaging. After we've received and inspected the returned item, we will inform you about your refund through email. Alternatively, if you need immediate assistance, feel free to call our customer support team at +1 (929) 442 0773. Just have your order number ready when you call.

Should you not claim your order upon shipping or reject its delivery, charges for both the original and return shipping will apply, so please ensure you accept your delivery. Remember, a return authorization is required before sending back any items for a refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for exchanges to be processed once we've received the tracking number for your returned item.

Compensation Timeline

Keep in mind, we require 1-4 business days to handle your request once we've received your item(s). Following this, the timeframe for refunds is as below: Refunds to Paypal accounts will occur within 48 hours, while credit card refunds may take 7-14 business days. Should you need additional support, don't hesitate to contact our Support Center. Our commitment is to offer the best possible solutions and we aim to reply to all inquiries within 24 hours.

  • Express Shipping: DHL, or UPS: 1-3 Business days - $35 on orders below $399.
  • On orders over $399 - FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING!

When will I receive my order?

Once payment is processed, 1 to 2 business days are needed to dispatch your shipment. After dispatch, delivery times vary by country or region. Please keep holidays in mind that may affect delivery.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

In line with our policy, it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the shipping address entered in their purchase details is accurate before ordering. We aim to promptly process and ship orders, allowing a brief window for address modifications.

Who pays the customs fees? 

Please be advised that international shipments to various countries may be subject to additional customs charges. The exact amount of these charges cannot be predicted as they are determined by the carrier and the laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • Please note that any customs charges incurred will be your responsibility, and that 32Dentlab will not cover these expenses.
