Return Policy

60 Day Return from Receival

Customers can contact us and request a refund or exchange within 60 days of receiving the item. Such requests should state the reason for the exchange or refund request, amongst them: client has received a malfunctioning product, client has received a wrong sized product, client has received an incorrect product. For such cases 32Dentalab will cover the expenses of any return or exchange shipment.
All returned/exchanged products must be sent back in the same condition as they were received, and in their original packaging.
Following the receival of the return shipment, and once the product(s) has arrived back to our warehouse, we will notify you via email of the successful processing of your refund. All returns must have a return authorization to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Please be aware that order shipments that have gone unclaimed, or were refused at time of delivery, or are returned to us as undeliverable, will be subject to original shipping charges and will require return shipping charges.
