Warranty

The warranty applies to all products featured on this website and marketed under the 32Dentalab brand.

• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover immediate restorations, damage due to physical trauma, accidents, medical malpractice, or failure due to contraindications such as alcoholism, diabetes, smoking, or drug addiction.
  Claims for laboratory charges, clinical and dental treatment costs, or any consequential damages are not covered.

• Eligibility for Warranty Benefits: The treating professional must use surgical and prosthetic tools and components correctly, following 32Dentalab's instructions.
  The patient must comply with generally accepted standards of good oral hygiene, including biannual maintenance examinations.
  Proper sterilization of all components involved in the treatment is required before submitting any warranty claims.

• Claim Submission: To request a replacement under this warranty, the professional must submit a completed product replacement form, send back the failed product, and all other components used within 60 days of the failure.
  For implant failure or fracture claims, an X-ray taken before the implant insertion must be included.

• Reimbursement for Third-Party Implants: We will reimburse the cost of a replacement implant if a third-party implant, combined with a 32Dentalab product, fails after adhering to the recommended osseointegration healing period.

• Validity of Warranty: The warranty remains effective with no expiration date for as long as all terms and conditions are adhered to. Any violation of these provisions will void the warranty.

• Application of Warranty: The warranties provided under this program are exclusively for the benefit of the treatment provider and do not extend to any other person or entity.
