MDT PLU Universal Lab Polisher Kit – Metal and Amalgam Polishing System is a two-step solution specifically developed for polishing precious metals and amalgam restorations. Made with a durable synthetic rubber blend and precision-formulated abrasives, this system provides efficient surface refinement, consistent results, and long-term performance while preserving the restoration's integrity.

This 6-piece kit includes three polisher shapes—disc (Ø10.0 mm x 0.7 mm), cone (Ø5.0 mm x 10.0 mm), and cup (Ø6.5 mm x 9.5 mm)—each available in medium and fine grit. Step one (brown) uses medium grit for pre-polishing and surface smoothing. Step two (green) uses fine grit to deliver a brilliant, high-gloss finish.

All polishers are fitted with RA stainless steel shanks for stable, low-vibration performance and come in an autoclavable organizer for safe and repeated use in professional dental environments.

2. To receive the benefits of the warranties, the professional* must have used surgical and prosthetic tools and components correctly, and have performed the implantation process according to the GDT Dental Implants instructions.

3. The professional* has ensured the patient complies with generally accepted standards of good oral hygiene.

For implants, oral hygiene maintenance examinations twice a year are recommended.

32DentalLab by GDT Dental Implants is not obliged to supply any benefits under this warranty concerning any GDT Dental Implants product if the failure was caused by physical trauma as claimed by the patient.

To present a request for compensation under this warranty, you are required to send a complete product replacement form, accompanied by the failed product and the other components used by the professional, within 60 days after the occurrence of the failure.

In the case of implant failure or fracture, it is required to attach an X-ray photo of the patient before the insertion of the failed implant. Before submitting the implant and all other items used in the treatment, it is necessary to ensure that all products are sterilized properly.

If the client agrees to, and abides by the provisions of this warranty, the warranty will remain in effect for a lifetime. However, should the client violate any of the provisions listed above, the warranty will be void.

Application of Warranty:

The warranties given under this Warranty Program are exclusively for the benefit of the treatment provider and not any other person or entity.
